Do you create or modify our technical drawings?
No. You retain full ownership and authorship of your technical documents. Your engineers and drafters remain the authors of record. Prolligence manages the administrative pipeline: auditing, submitting, tracking, and resolving holds.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Prolligence operates on a flexible month-to-month subscription basis. You can cancel your subscription at any point during your current billing cycle, and our management services will simply wrap up at the end of that paid period, regardless of whether your pending municipal files have concluded.
What do you need from us to get started?
Just your project files. Hand over your drafting plans and engineering specifications, and we will handle the rest. During your streamlined onboarding, we will work with you to establish authorized access to your municipal portal, requiring zero technical heavy lifting on your end.
What counts as an "active" project file?
Think of it as two open slots in your pipeline. A single project file is any individual building permit or trade permit (like electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) we are actively managing for you. For trade contractors, this simply means we handle two different job sites at once. For general contractors, you can use those two slots for two different jobs, or combine a building permit and a trade permit on a single job site if you need both handled at the same time.
Can you guarantee how fast the municipality approves a permit?
No. Approval timelines are set by the municipality, not by us, so no one can honestly promise a fixed turnaround. What we do guarantee is that your application is submitted correctly the first time and that every city hold or information request is cleared the same day it lands, so your file never stalls because of paperwork on our end.
Which municipalities and regions do you service?
We handle permit management and municipal compliance across the entire Calgary Metropolitan Region - including Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, and Rocky View County.
How does the monthly slot system work?
Your subscription gives you two active slots that roll over every month. An active slot means we are currently preparing, submitting, or clearing holds on a permit. The moment a permit passes its final municipal inspection and the file closes, that slot immediately opens up, and you can slide a new project into your pipeline. You are paying for the ongoing management of those two active slots, not per individual project.
